Public Information & Transparency Statement

This Statement explains what information about TNV Global, our accreditation, our certified clients, and our certification activities we make publicly available — and where to find it. It is published in conformance with ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 Clauses 8.2 (Publicly Available Information) and 8.3 (Reference to Certification and Use of Marks).

This Statement covers what TNV Global publishes. It does NOT override our Confidentiality Policy: information disclosed in audits or as part of client engagement remains confidential unless specifically identified below as public.

1. Information Publicly Available About TNV Global

The following information about TNV Global Limited as a certification body is freely available:

2. Information Publicly Available About Certificates Issued

In accordance with our UAF accreditation, ISO/IEC 17021-1 Clause 8.2.2, and IAF requirements, the following information about each issued certificate is made publicly available on the global-aci.org verification portal:

• Certified organisation name: The legal name of the entity to which the certificate is issued.
• Certificate number: Unique identifier issued by TNV Global.
• Scheme(s) certified: ISO standard(s) under which certification is held.
• Scope of certification: The activities, products, services, and (where applicable) sites covered.
• Accreditation body: United Accreditation Foundation (UAF), recognised through IAF (GAC).
• Issue date: Date the current certificate was issued.
• Expiry date: Date the current certificate expires (three years from issue).
• Certificate status: Active, Suspended, Withdrawn, or Expired. Live status reflects current state.

Anyone may verify a TNV Global certificate at https://www.global-aci.org or via our verification page at https://tnvglobal.com/verify-certificate.

3. Information NOT Publicly Disclosed About Clients

Beyond the certificate metadata listed in Section 2, no further information about a certified client is published without the client's written consent. We do NOT publish:

• Specific audit findings, non-conformities, or observations
• Internal management system documentation reviewed
• AI use cases, technical specifications, or proprietary content
• Personal data of client employees
• Commercial terms of certification engagement
• Internal client risk registers or impact assessments

These remain confidential under our Confidentiality Policy.

4. Suspended and Withdrawn Certificates

Where TNV Global suspends, withdraws, or reduces the scope of a certificate, the certificate status on global-aci.org is updated to reflect the change:

• Suspended: Certificate is temporarily not in force. The organisation is not entitled to use the accreditation mark during suspension. Reason for suspension is NOT publicly disclosed unless required by law.
• Withdrawn: Certificate is permanently cancelled. The organisation is not entitled to claim certification. Reason for withdrawal is NOT publicly disclosed unless required by law.
• Reduced scope: Certificate continues with narrower scope. Updated scope is published.
• Restored: Suspended certificate is restored following successful corrective action. Status updates to Active.

5. Information Available on Request

Additional information that is NOT routinely published but is available to interested parties on reasonable request includes:

• Terms of Reference of the Impartiality Committee
• Summary of complaint and appeal statistics (anonymised, aggregated)
• Confirmation of an individual's auditor competency (where the individual consents)
• Information about TNV Global's internal audit programme and management review outputs (high-level summary)
• Copies of NDA templates and engagement contracts (sample versions, without commercial terms)

Requests should be sent to admin@tnvglobal.com with subject "Public Information Request". We respond within 10 business days where the request is reasonable and the information is not commercially sensitive or confidential.

6. Use of Certification Marks and Logos

Use of the TNV Global certification mark, the UAF accreditation mark, and the IAF (GAC) recognition mark by certified clients is governed by our separate Use of Marks and Logos Policy. Misuse of certification marks is grounds for suspension or withdrawal under our Suspension, Withdrawal, and Restoration Procedure.

7. Misleading or False Reference to Certification

Where TNV Global becomes aware of misleading, false, or unauthorised reference to certification — whether by a current client, former client, or third party — we will take prompt corrective action including:

• Written notice to cease misuse
• Where applicable, suspension or withdrawal of the certificate
• Public notification on global-aci.org of the corrected certification status
• Notification to UAF where systemic misuse is identified
• Legal action where necessary to protect TNV Global, UAF, and IAF marks and reputation

Reports of misleading reference may be sent to admin@tnvglobal.com (subject: "Misuse Report").

8. Updates and Versioning

This Statement, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Impartiality Statement, Conflict of Interest Policy, Confidentiality Policy, Complaints and Appeals Procedure, and other published documents are reviewed at least annually. Material changes are:

• Reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date
• Communicated to active clients by email where the change affects them
• Archived for traceability

Previous versions are available on request.

9. Languages and Accessibility

All publicly available TNV Global information is published in English. Translations to other languages (Hindi, Arabic, French) may be provided for specific markets where commercially justified — translated versions are advisory; the English version is authoritative in case of conflict.
